OUR PROCESS
01. Connect on a call
If you’re interested in working together, fill in this form. We’ll then schedule a call to discuss your wedding vision and what you can expect from working with us.
We’ll send you a recap of everything we discussed on the call and a custom proposal. We’ll hold your date for 72 hours if you need to think it over. If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll send you the contract to sign and a retainer fee. It’s official!
02. Sign
As a little thank you for choosing us as a wedding vendor, we’ll send you a gift.
03. Check your mail!
We’ll check in six months before your wedding to see how everything is going. We’ll send you a questionnaire two months before your wedding. It’ll cover key things like your vendor list, venues, and timelines. We’ll also have a final video call one month before to make sure we’re all set for the big day.
04. Pre-wedding check ins
Your wedding day is finally here! We have a ‘fly on the wall but friend in the room’ approach. While you soak up every moment of your day, we’ll work our magic with the camera.
05. The big day!
After your wedding, we get straight to work crafting your love story into a cinematic masterpiece.
06. The editing begins
It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for - your wedding film is ready to view! Your videos will be available on a custom website, making it super easy to watch, download, and share. We’ll also send an extra gift in the mail to say another big thank you for giving us the honor of capturing your wedding.

Do you travel for weddings?
What I love most about being a destination wedding videographer is the chance to travel the world and capture unique love stories in breathtaking locations. Each wedding is a new adventure, and I’m always excited for the next one. If you're planning a destination wedding and want a videographer who embraces every moment, let’s connect!
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes. 50% of your total payment is due upon booking to reserve your wedding date. The remaining amount will be due 30 days before your wedding date.
Do you use drones?
Yes. I incorporate drone footage in nearly every wedding film, weather and venue permitting. It’s a fantastic way to capture stunning aerial shots that set the scene and add a cinematic touch to your wedding video.
How much experience do you have?
With 8 years of experience and over 300 weddings filmed, I’ve had the privilege of perfecting my craft and capturing countless unforgettable moments. Every wedding is a chance to tell a couple’s unique story, and I’m dedicated to making sure your day is beautifully preserved for years to come.
